Knowledge LoopDelete your account
This erases your Knowledge Loop account and everything in it. It cannot be undone, and we cannot bring it back afterwards.
What goes
Your progress and chapters finished, your ratings and review schedule, XP, level, streak, badges and league place, gems, learning time, friends, shares, certificates and anything you typed to the coach.
What stays
Courses and factoids you caused to be written stay in the shared pool with no link to you, because other learners are reading them. Records of payments stay with our payment provider for as long as tax law requires. See the Privacy Policy.
If you pay for Premium
A subscription bought inside the app with a card is cancelled automatically as part of this. A subscription bought through Google Play or the App Store can only be cancelled there, by you, and neither store lets us do it on your behalf. Cancel it in the store as well, or you will keep being charged for an account that no longer exists.
Still have the app? The same thing lives in Settings, under Account, behind the Advanced section at the bottom.
Never connected an email? Then nothing here can reach it: an account with no address attached is identified only by a token on the device it was made on. If you still have the app, delete it from Settings, under Account, behind the Advanced section, which is the only route that can still reach it. If the app is already gone, so is the only key to that account, and what it holds sits under a random identifier until the inactivity sweep clears it.
